Stop Autoplay In USB Flash Drives By Pressing One Keyboard Button

Protect your PC from AUTO RUN VIRUS:

Most of the virus enters the computer through USB Flash drives, when we open the drive through autoplay the viru is a simple tip with which you can stop autoplay in USB Flash drives. Not only flash drives, it also stops autoplay for CD and DVD also.

While inserting CD, DVD or any flash drive, simply press and hold the Shift key, this will disable the autoplay dialog box. Holding down the Shift key will also block the applications that starts automatically.

Trick to Hide Folders in Nokia / Java phones without software

Do u want to hide some of your folders from unnecessary eyes in your phone????

If your answer is YES, here is a solution for it..

This trick can be used for phone from Nokia,Samsung,Motorola,LG or any other company.The only requirement is that your phone should support java which almost all mobile phones support now .
So,If your phone support java then here is the Trick to Hide Folders in Nokia / Java phones without software

1. Create any new folder or you can use any existing folder that is to be hidden.
2. Rename the folder to any name but with the extension of .jad like if I want to hide my images folder then I will name it as images.jad
3. Now create a new folder with the same name in the same directory but with the extension of .jar So, I would create the folder with the name images.jar

And thats it!! My orignal images folder which has been renamed with .jad gets hidden and only folder with.jar extension is visible which is empty.So,my data is protected/hidden from unwanted eyes.


Now ,we have to learn how to open these hidden folders.So here is the trick to open these hidden folders in Mobile phones

To unhide the orignal folder you have to remove the .jar extension from the new folder and your orignal folder with all the files and with .jad will become visible.

Tracking Device In Wrist Watch

LONDON: Would you like to have the security of being able to find your children whenever you want? Then read this.
A wristwatch with a built-in tracking device can tell you exactly where your kids are – and allow you to speak to them at the flick of a button.
Edinburgh-based former acting Lance Corporal Dean Corrigan, 32, has designed a device that contains a GPS system so parents can monitor children’s whereabouts within two to three metres through a computer or a mobile phone app.
It also contains a sim card so it can receive calls from a number of pre-programmed phone numbers.
The Loc8er device was developed when Corrigan was serving in the Army as a physical training instructor.
“As a soldier I always think about situations on the ground and practical solutions. The radio system wasn’t that good for soldiers on the ground when I was in the Army and it got me thinking about GPS, which means you always know where everyone is,” the Scotsman quoted him as saying.
“Then I realised it could work for kids, because even if kids have mobile phones there’s no way of knowing where they’ve gone or where they were last.”
However, child safety groups have expressed concern that using GPS to track a child could be an extreme measure and say parents should communicate with their children rather than rely on technology.

To run any of these apps go to Start > Run and type the executable name, for example: charmap WINDOWS XP HIDDEN APPLICATIONS:

3. Clipboard Viewer = clipbrd.exe (views contents of Windows clipboard)

5. DirectX diagnosis = dxdiag.exe (Diagnose & test DirectX, video & sound cards)
6. Private character editor = eudcedit.exe (allows creation or modification of characters)
7. IExpress Wizard = iexpress.exe (Create self-extracting / self-installing package)
8. Mcft Synchronization Manager = mobsync.exe (appears to allow synchronization of files on the network for when working offline. Apparently undocumented).
9. Windows Media Player 5.1 = mplay32.exe (Retro version of Media Player, very basic).
10. ODBC Data Source Administrator = odbcad32.exe (something to do with databases)
11. Object Packager = packager.exe (to do with packaging objects for insertion in files, appears to have comprehensive help files).
12. System Monitor = perfmon.exe (very useful, highly configurable tool, tells you everything you ever wanted to know about any aspect of PC performance, for uber-geeks only )
13. Program Manager = progman.exe (Legacy Windows 3.x desktop shell).
14. Remote Access phone book = rasphone.exe (documentation is virtually non-existant).
15. Registry Editor = regedt32.exe [also regedit.exe] (for hacking the Windows Registry).
16. Network shared folder wizard = shrpubw.exe (creates shared folders on network).
17. File siganture verification tool = sigverif.exe
18. Volume Contro = sndvol32.exe (I’ve included this for those people that lose it from the System Notification area).
19. System Configuration Editor = sysedit.exe (modify System.ini & Win.ini just like in Win98! ).
20. Syskey = syskey.exe (Secures XP Account database – use with care, it’s virtually undocumented.
